In August Russian edition of Art Newspaper, a respected international monthly full-colour periodical has devoted to Nasimi Festival its special project.

In the frame of the festival an international program of video poetry selected by curator Chinara Mejidova will be screened with sub-titles in Azerbaijanian language

Earlier this year Nasimi Festival has joined EFA – European Festival Association (, and we have just got a notification that by the decision of EFFE International Jury and the EFFE Hubs Nasimi Festival receives the ‘EFFE Label 2019-2020’ which is Europe’s quality stamp for remarkable arts festivals attributed for their work in the field of the arts, community involvement and international openness.
